5. Product Information & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly represent the physical product.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, update product descriptions, discontinue items, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after you receive an official Order Confirmation email from Bhikipur Fashion.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — including cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incomplete customer information — without liability.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for post-dispatch concerns.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order placement. Bhikipur Fashion is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

7. Payment & Refund Mechanisms

Prepaid (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking)

• Processing: Instant upon successful transaction.
• Refund Destination: Original payment source.
• Refund Timeline: 5–7 business days after return verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Processing: Upon physical delivery and acceptance of the product.
• Refund Destination: Bank account via NEFT (customer must provide valid bank details).
• Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days after return is received and verified.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of the COD payment option for your account.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on the destination pin code across India.
• A tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Bhikipur Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or any other Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns & Exchanges

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items purchased during sale periods, or marked as “Final Sale”, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

10. Discount Codes & Promotional Offers

• Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
• Only one discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bhikipur Fashion reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse, duplication, or unauthorised distribution of discount codes will result in their cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

11. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, or comments on our website or social media platforms, you grant Bhikipur Fashion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish such content for marketing and operational purposes.
